Included in your website package is our FREE Basic Training Package that consists of 1 hour of one on one training and our Free Guide. Training online is easy...we connect by phone and we login to your admin panel together.  We walk you through the system online together and show you how to use the basic features of your site so you can change content on your own. Additionally, you get a comprehensive downloadable training guide that you can use for a quick easy reference if you forget anything.

Web Support

Websites need to be kept fresh and updated to keep visitors coming back to see what's new. You will also be subscribed to our Yearly Maintenance Program which gives you One Full Hour Of Our Services Per Year that you can use to change or upgrade your website, changes you cannot make. You can call or E-mail us to make changes to your design, add content or html pages, photo albums, set up new modules or conduct another online training session...you choose. You can use it in periodic intervals throughout the year or all at once...your choice. All Haup2it Website Contracts must subscribe to this service as we are dedicated to keeping all of our websites fresh and full of new content so your customers will keep coming back and we never want you to feel abandoned. Although your website comes with the "Self Admin" feature typically our tips, tricks and upgrades will help make your site the best it can be and after all, we are the experts!
